I just got a bag from wholefoods and I am totally psyched!! Look what is printed on it!!:

I have gotten these before but keep losing them…I absolutely appreciate the information that will hopefully be in my brain at some point so readily available to me and to everyone else too!!

Now I just need to go look at Terry Wahl’s square foot garden video on her site for her diet recommendations and mark up my calendar!!!

Awesome day…and we are stocked for the snowpocalypse too since he shopped at wholefoods on his outing!!
