Today I got my first delivery from Spud.com … let’s just say, it is the beginning of a beautiful relationship. The beautiful fresh produce is just amazing, and it is EFFORTLESS. I cooked some kale tonight, came out okay, Kenzie preferred the steamed broccoli. I love having fresh produce so obtainable, I mean, I came home, and there was a big box, right there, just WAITING to be opened and to brighten my day.
Life is good! I’m seriously considering becoming pescatarian, which is vegetarian except eating fish too. I can let go of eating mammals and birds, but I love fish. I’ll still eat dairy too, not going vegan eggs are just too convenient. Maybe I’ll get a chicken though? Someday?
