Meat Experimentation!!!

Yesterday I explored the meat farmers offerings at the Lake City Farmers Market and got all sorts of yummy things to try!

I got grass fed beef and lamb and some pork too, I got pork hocks and kidneys, beef heart and tongue, and lamb shoulders and some ground meat of lamb.

I got all the interesting stuff because I know that there is often more nutrients in the “interesting” parts and also so I could learn how the heck to cook them!
